French Bread: An overnight bulk fermentation process yields a nice tasty bread with mild acidity, perfect for slathering with butter or cream cheese. The bread possesses a soft crumb and a light to medium crust giving your morning toast the perfect chew.
Multigrain: Using an artisan bread making technique known as the “hot soak,” the cereals and seeds are covered with boiling water and allowed to steep overnight before production, yielding an incredibly moist, dense, and slightly chewy loaf. The addition of cracked grains increases the depth of flavor and the seeds add texture and flavors of their own, further enhancing the deep, rich qualities of the Multigrain Bread.
